About The Event
Isn't it amazing and I think we can all relate that we connect with music and rhythmn in some way or another? Â I think many agree that the first sounds we must've connected to in our mother's womb would be the heartbeat.. The beautiful ryhthmic connection between mother and child.
There have been many theories about why people all over the world have connected to the drum and its music as medicine. Â One of them is that it has the ability to profoundly alter brain states and has been proven to help memory, social interactions, stroke victims regain control of movement, PTSD and of course more..
Lets get together and experience a space outside of the noise and light pollution and connect to a vibration that helps connect your heart and brain.
This class/event is designed to help you breathe  consistently and coherently.   You will learn a few techniques that help you find compassionate comfort and are designed to help you find joy in every moment no matter what is happening.  Â
Wear cozy, comfy clothes. Â Layer if you get cold... blankets will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own ...think pj party atmoshere. Â During part of this class you will be laying down for 30-40 minutes on a supplied mat and listening to a drum ryhthm designed to help you take your "Beta" rhythm brainwave back to a relaxed brain wave which is called "Alpha".
Every memory is an opportunity to love.....
