About The Event

Have you ever felt inspired to embark on a journey of healing, forgiveness, and personal transformation?

Come to discover your own personal responsibility to healing the past and deepen your connection to the DIVINE with the breathe that created you. Receive the gift of an everlasting lifelong experience with HA workshop. Allow a healing journey that is facilitated

In Hawaiian language, the word for breath is hā … “The Breath of Life”… To breathe is life. To be without breath there is no life, and so hā also means life. In this two hour journey, Amber will take you through the understanding of Ho’oponopono on a deeper level as she learned through Dr. Hew and to incorporate the Vagal Toning Breathwork ( VTB ) with the Ho’oponopono practice.

What is Ho’oponopono? The word means to make right, to rectify an error. It is an ancient Hawaiian method of stress reduction and problem solving. When combining VTB with Ho’oponopono, individuals may use the breath to help deepen their connection to their emotions and inner selves to God, while also practicing forgiveness and self-love. This can be a powerful combination for those looking to heal past traumas, release negative emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and well-being in their lives.

“We can appeal to DIVINITY who knows our personal blueprint, for healing of all thoughts and memories hat are holding us back at this time. It is a matter of going beyond traditional means of accessing knowledge about ourselves.” Morrnah Simeona

“We are the sum total of our experiences, which is to say that we are burdened by our pasts. When we experience stress or fear in our lives, if we would look carefully, we would find that the causes is actually a memory. It is the emotions we are tied to these memories which affect us now. The subconscious associates an action or person in the present with something that happened in the past. When this occurs, emotions are activated and stress is produced. The main purpose of this process is the discover the divinity within one self. Ho’oponono is a profound gift which allows one to develop a working relationship with the divinity within.” Morrnah Simeona

Our journey will begin with an understanding of Ho’oponopono and end with a guided breath work ( VTB ) technique followed by a ceremony.

Mats and bolsters will be provided. Chairs are available to sit on but limited. Please let Amber know if you prefer to sit in a chair.
