About The Event

Enjoy an evening of warmth through candlelight and while in a far infrared heated space...

weightless movement,  healing scents,  joyful sounds and a deeper connection to the moment through guided breaths that calm your heart space.

Heated Aerial stretches along with a heated Thai herbal compress applied to your feet will help you to feel grounded and calm while we go deeper into the winter cold.

Feeling like you’re "running a muk" during this season is a feeling I think we have can all relate to. It’s time to clear that feeling and start a new self awareness journey during this time.  Come back to the feeling of gratitude in your heart. The simple joy that this season is meant to provide.  Love is the most important element and more than just a word, it is felt at HeartWaves as we hold space for you to explore “Love Is Our Map”.

I hope you will find a moment to join us!

About your service

Amber is a professional Thai herbal therapist and has practiced Thai healing techniques for 14 years.

Her gentle attention to each individual is felt and heard.  Amber will guide you through a gentle, simple therapeutic stretch all while in a low hung aerial swing.  She will then serve each participant  with a Thai herbal foot therapy technique all while each one is floating securely in their aerial sling.

Each individual will receive their own Thai Herbal compresses that was used during their experience and it will be gifted to them at the end of the event to take home and utilize some *more ( baths, foot soaks, healing supply.)

*Compresses last weeks in the fridge or months when stored in the freezer.
