Inner Quiet Yoga and Acupuncture Workshop
"A bit overwhelmed and tired from the holidays? Grief? Nurture your body, mind and spirit. Class begins with a brief introduction about the 5 NADA points of the ear and benefits of acupuncture. These points help sooth the nervous system, reduce anxiety, calm fears, weight management, and help liver detox. A very gentle yoga flow/ stretch will follow. The second part of the class will move to the Salt Cave for guided meditation ( participants will be lying on the floor) and ear acupuncture. Feel refreshed and recharged.
