Mala Moves Creation

Mala Moves Creation is a class designed to help you create through body movement, body prayer and creation.  

You will learn a brief history of mala, it's 108 beads energy purpose and how it's helped so many find a way to the deep peace within.. We will each be creating our own mala as we are guided through 12 sun salutations instructed by different teachers for a unique experience!  We will string 9 beads, be in stillness and breathe in an intention for the 9 beads, move our body like a prayer to a sun salutation and then repeat... making a mala with a deep connection to what your are experiencing..  Cost of the experience includes the beads and one magic stone or bead of your choosing.  This a great way to make something unique for yourself or to gift to someone you love..with a story!
