Feeling stressed or like you're in constant flight or fight mode? This class is designed to help you! We will take a journey through the ever changing needs of our body and listen. Listen and breathe to help heal ourselves. These restorative stretches will be guided, gentle and supported by a bolster. Amber is a highly qualified Thai Massage Therapist and will provide hands on support and guidance throughout the class. Experience ease and breathe with us!
