About The Event
Guided by certified Thai Yoga Bodywork Therapist, Amber McCornack, this class will guide you and your partner through simple Thai Yoga Bodywork Techniques designed to relieve stress, create ease in the joints and ignite healing. You will be guided through a short Thai Yoga Bodywork sequence to give to your partner and then your partner will give the same sequence to you. Please wear comfortable fit clothing and bring a pillow. Must register through Albert Lea Community Ed.
