About The Event
Guided by certified Thai Herbal Bodywork Therapist, Amber McCornack, this class will guide you and your partner through simple Thai Herbal Bodywork Techniques designed to relieve stress, create ease in the joints and ignite healing. Â You will be guided through a short Thai Herbal Bodywork sequence to give to your partner and then your partner will give the same sequence to you. Â
Register only one person per couple ($120 for two people) Â
Each couple will choose from our signature Indigo herbal poultice or our Calming herbal poultice to take home.Â
Please wear comfortable loose fit clothing and bring a pillow and regrain from eating an hour before class. Â Water bottles are welcome ! Â
