Join  us for an extraordinary experience designed to open your heart,  strengthen the Chakras & raise your energetic frequency. This is a  deep meditative experience that will help you realize the infinite  nature of who you are and your ability to thrive and heal.

This unique, transcendental breathwork  releases the feel good molecules of dopamine, serotonin & oxytocin;  along with the spirit molecule DMT. Students of this practice report  profound levels of meditation, deep brain states, visualizations,  awakening experiences & self-healing.

This workshop will be  guided by Brian Assam, a certified Vinyasa and Kundalini instructor and  Breathwork facilitator, and Alecia Heimes, a school psychologist, Yoga  teacher & Reiki practitioner.
