IMPROVE YOUR GOLF GAME!
Improve your game by enhancing balance and flexibility. Learn poses that will help you achieve a more affective and consistent golf swing. You can expect a 20-40% increase in range of motion, translating into greater strength and distance and more consistency on the course. In the first half of this class, we’ll be introducing simple yoga techniques you can do before hitting the green that will help improve your game as well as decrease your chances of injury. The second half of this class, we will be partnering up teaching some fun practices you can do with anyone to get the best benefits from every pose.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available to use for an additional $5
