Service Description

Kids Aerial Yoga! A 45 minute class led by certified instructor, Amber McCornack. Just for kiddos from ages 5-12, this class will take them on a caterpillars journey into a butterfly! They will learn simple breathing techniques to help them de-stress and gentle poses done to stories. All in the fun and safe Aerial hammock. The hammock has helped many kids all over the world find calm and release anxiety. No prior experience needed. Wear comfortable, tight fit clothing ( no zippers, buttons, jewelry, Etc). No perfumes. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Children must be present with their guardian at the beginning of their first class for waivers and instructions. Guardians are welcome to use the Salt Cave during the Aerial class. Space is limited. Fees apply. Inquire with Amber ahead of time at 507-473-0002
