I had heard about this place through a friend and always wanted to try it. Wind Down Wednesday allowed my daughter and I to experiment with aerial yoga. Amber, the owner, helped create the idea of mermaid themed birthday party. The girls had so much fun and can't stop talking about their experience! Amber has an abundance of positive energy. I highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party! I can't wait to try some of the other classes she offers for adults.
