I really needed this reminder today. One thing I invite my students to do is " smile". Even if they
don't feel like or even mean it, "smile anyway". The body responds by triggering those happy chemicals in the brain and relaxing over a 100 muscles instantly... I didn't want to smile today but when I did I felt my heart smile too.
